Shipping Policy

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

 

Shipment Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 2 business days. In the event of a pre-order, or limited stock release, Natura Clothing will inform you of the projected ship date. 

 

In the uncommon event of expected delays (high volume, weather, etc.), we will contact you via email with the next steps.  

 

Natura Clothing is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged package, please contact us on our contact page so we can process the issue.

 

Shipping rate and delivery date estimates will be made available at checkout or soon after the order is processed.​

 

*We currently can only ship within the United States.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

​You should receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number approximately the same day or the next day of placing the order.
