Returns and Exchanges
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are available for non-limited release, or non-pre-order items. In order to process your return, exchange, or refund please contact us via our support form below for the next steps.
Orders may be canceled and refunded in the event they have not been processed, or if a shipping confirmation has not been issued. this does not apply to pre-orders or limited-release items. please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase to cancel.
Returns 30 days past the shipping date are only available for store credit.
In the event of a returned item is damaged, altered, used, or laundered, or materially different in any way, Natura Clothing reserves the right not to accept the returned order/item and reserves the right not to issue a refund or exchange.
Natura Clothing does not currently provide a return shipping label, and you will be responsible for return postage.
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
